David M. Hawthorne is a partner at the Miami-based law firm Pathman Law, LLC. Mr. Hawthorne’s practice is 100% commercial litigation with a special focus on construction, real estate, and landlord/tenant. He also has extensive trial and arbitration experience, and has a robust background with insurance defense matters including mass tort and products liability involving pharmaceutical and Class I, II, and III medical devices. Additionally, Mr. Hawthorne has handled TCPA class actions, and cases involving aviation, probate litigation and eminent domain defense.

He provides litigation representation to both plaintiffs and defendants, and has first chair trial and arbitration experience representing Fortune 500 companies, as well as sole proprietorships and individuals. He has also taught numerous seminars on landlord/tenant and construction litigation.
