Valerio Spinaci

Valerio Spinaci is the head of the firm’s Immigration Law practice. Valerio has more than 15 years of experience as an international lawyer and as an entrepreneur. He is Fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and Italian.

Valerio assists individual and corporate clients worldwide in the process of establishing their presence and growing their business in the United States. With his book on immigration, Visto Assicurato, which became an Amazon bestseller and was translated in three languages, Valerio has helped thousands of foreigners obtain a VISA and move to the US. If there’s a way to apply for a temporary VISA or to obtain the green card and become a permanent resident, Valerio will find it.

With his extensive experience as general counsel, Valerio advises his clients on a broad range of matters such as incorporation and corporate structuring, shareholder and operating agreements, trademark and copyright, contracts including distribution, employment, consulting, licensing, manufacturing, non-compete and confidentiality agreements. He represents clients in complex litigation, family matters, and real estate acquisitions.

After becoming a licensed broker, Valerio founded Opera, a full-service real estate investment, development, and brokerage firm, which has participated in the development of over $1 billion of real estate assets. Opera is active in the renewable energy sector as well as in venture capital and angel investing, with a focus on technology startups.

Valerio is very active in the community and involved with several charitable organizations. He is a board member of the National Italian American Bar Association. He was one of the founding members of Equoevento, a charity that retrieves edible food that would otherwise go to waste and distributes it to those in need. He maintains intact his passion for the arts, helping clients and artists in projects involving public art.

Following his graduation from law school summa cum laude in Rome, Italy, and studying International Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain, Valerio moved to the U.S. and earned a J.D., summa cum laude at Nova Southeastern University. Then, he passed the bar exam in Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, and Italy.

Valerio is licensed to practice law in Florida, California, and New Jersey. He is also licensed to practice law in Italy, Europe.
