Our Location
Access to the building is easily achieved from every direction, situated just off I-95 and Biscayne Boulevard. One Biscayne Tower is located across from the Bayfront Metro-mover station, directly linking it to all parts of Miami-Dade County and downtown. Miami’s Bayside Marketplace is just across the street featuring some of the finest shops and restaurants in the city. Our building is located on Biscayne Blvd. between Flagler Street and S.E. 1st Street.
FROM NORTH (FT. LAUDERDALE)
If coming from I-95, take Exit #2A: Biscayne Blvd. Make a left at S.E. 3rd Avenue. Turn right at S.E. 1st Street. Turn left into the second parking garage labeled “One Biscayne Tower Parking Garage.
FROM SOUTH (KENDALL)
If coming from I-95, take Exit #2A: Biscayne Blvd. Make a left at S.E. 3rd Avenue. Turn right at S.E. 1st Street. Turn left into the second parking garage labeled “One Biscayne Tower Parking Garage.
FROM EAST (THE BEACHES)
If coming from I-95, take Exit #2A: Biscayne Blvd. Make a left at S.E. 3rd Avenue. Turn right at S.E. 1st Street. Turn left into the second parking garage labeled “One Biscayne Tower Parking Garage.
