Hector Antonio Pena is a Florida attorney with over 20 years of experience providing strategic legal counsel across a wide range of practice areas. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. During his time as in-house counsel for a prominent title company in South Florida, he successfully oversaw more than 1,000 real estate transaction closings. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. As a Cuban American immigrant who arrived in the United States at the age of 12, Mr. Pena is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and highly values building strong, long-term relationships with his clients.
Outside of his legal work, he is a passionate enthusiast of sports cars, a horologist, a devoted Formula One fan, and a frequent traveler with a special appreciation for European culture.
