MIAMI, March 29, 2024 – Pathman Law is pleased to announce that attorney Suzette Reyes has joined the firm as a partner. She focuses her practice on both commercial and residential real estate transactions and probate.
Reyes has achieved great success the past decade, renowned for her accomplishments in navigating complex legal matters. She provides tailored legal solutions to her clients and ensures that they are protected during all phases of the process.

Reyes is passionate about making an impact outside her law practice. She is involved in professional organizations and community initiatives in Miami and throughout Florida. Reyes is a member of the Attorney’s Real Estate Council of Miami-Dade County, the Miami Association of Realtors, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the Elder Law Society, and other outstanding organizations.
Prior to joining Pathman Law, Reyes had her own firm specializing in Real Estate and Probate since 2015 and opened Villa Title & Closing Services, LLC in 2018.
Reyes earned her law degree at St. Thomas University School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, and received a Certificate in Ethics, Law and Society.
